Yura Care Australia (trading as Indigenous Voices of Strength) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on membership purchases. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net using the email address you used at checkout, or contact us at indigenousvoicesofstrength@gmail.com and we will help you.
You can cancel your recurring membership at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current billing period remains active until it ends. Cancelling a subscription is not the same as requesting a refund — if you would like a refund for a recent charge, please follow the steps above.
One-off donations are also eligible for a 30-day refund through Paddle if made in error or if you change your mind.
